Show Up ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.
Third-Party AI Services
Show Up uses Anthropic's Claude AI service to power AI Coach conversations, weekly report insights, and personalized program notes. To generate these features, we share the following data with Anthropic: your workout history, fitness goals, personal records, streak data, readiness check-ins, and nutrition logs. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models. You must explicitly consent before any data is shared, and can revoke this consent anytime in Settings, which disables these AI features without affecting the rest of the app.

DATA STORAGE Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
HEALTH DATA Any health or fitness data you enter is used solely to personalize your coaching experience and is never shared with third parties.
SUBSCRIPTIONS Show Up offers optional Pro subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your Apple ID settings.
ACCOUNT DELETION
When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data, workout history, photos, and other content from our systems. Billing and subscription records are retained by our payment processor (RevenueCat, and the underlying app store — Apple App Store or Google Play) for financial record-keeping and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by standard payment processing practices. These records are not linked to any other personal data we hold after your account is deleted, and do not include your name, email, or any content from the app.
